Self-taught Chef with 30 years in the restaurant industry. Always wanted to own my own restaurant and to be a chef, I didn't have the money to go to chef school, so I did a lot of research with flavors, and building bold flavors and took dishes that I loved as a kid and stuff I tried traveling with my husband during his military career and gave them my twist. Now I'm teaching my husband everything I learned and passing the baton to him, and he is shinning bright!
