Disabled Veteran from the Air Force. After I got out of the military I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do, so I took a job that was ok and in the I got tired of working for other people, so we starting working to buying a food truck and then this restaurant came open so we both jump at it. I have 2yrs cooking, Sophia has taught me every thing I know besides my moms home made spaghetti sauce lol.
